For the discerning buyer, there are 17 lots available to build your dream home by luxury builder, Vintage Communities out of Newport Beach. You can purchase the lot and build yourself or we have 3 approved semi-custom models of varying sizes ready for your personal touches. All the lots have been graded and are ready to start building with approved plans. Three of the models will be completed for the start of 2019/2020 season.
